All Volunteers must register on our website using this link: https://okfoodbank.volunteerhub.com 

Volunteers will help package 800 or more precooked meals to be frozen each shift. Very basic.  No cooking is required! Each volunteer much have a free volunteer food handlers’ card that they can apply for on the link below. Volunteers must bring the card with them to the Food Bank so that a copy may be made to have on file. A hat or hair net, gloves and a face mask are required (hair net, gloves will be provided as well as a facemask if you don’t have one). Open toed shoes or flip flops are not allowed. This is a fun volunteering experience that helps the Food Bank send out 15,000 meals each week that can't be done without our loyal volunteers!   https://www.tulsa-health.org/volunteer-online-trainin

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
