Event Details
Explore dinosaur fossils with families in the beautiful Hartman Prehistoric Garden. This volunteer opportunity will involve supervising a fossil find table with the public during our Dino Days event. 

This event could involve:

  • Demonstrating how to use materials to complete the activity.
  • Supervising families to make sure materials aren't taken. Materials include real fossils which need to be supervised so they don't go home with any participants! 
  • Discussing how fossils formed with the public. Information will be sent by email in advance of the event, as well as be on display at the table. 

You will be welcomed and supported through the set up process by a volunteer leader. Please read the event description for each shift to find parking directions and where to meet your volunteer leader.
