1:1 Friendly Companionship / Team Support for Isolated Seniors and Caregivers (Renton / Issaquah / Mercer Island / Greater King County)

Are you passionate about supporting an isolated senior in your local community, and/or relieving burnout and stress experienced by unpaid family caregivers?

• Join Care Teams to collaborate with a group of volunteers to offer social, emotional, and practical support for an unpaid family caregiver of a senior or veteran. 
• Join ElderFriends to offer one-on-one friendly companionship for an isolated older adult experiencing loneliness.

Bring your interests and talents to an engaging volunteer role. Whether it's an interest in crafts, reading, or movies, a gift of gab, or empathetic ear, all are welcome! 

Times are flexible and self-scheduled for regular monthly visits for a 3 month trial period, and total commitment of 1 year.

No minimum experience needed; Training and ongoing support provided.
