Bad directions and inability to access entrance after knocking on the door, calling the number posted on the door, cause us to be three minutes late and Ina remarked we shouldn't have been late. Being on time anywhere is definitely achievable for me, but didn't know volunteers were held to that standard. Poor organization and heavy on the instructions. I've never had a terrible volunteer experience until now. However, I enjoy working for the cause and with the other volunteers.
